Thomas R. Pendery

Tom began his insurance career in 1983 after graduating from the Insurance Studies Program at Eastern Kentucky University.  In addition to the insurance degree he obtained, he holds the professional designations of Accredited Advisor of Insurance and Certified Insurance Counselor.  Tom is past president and current board member of the Northern Kentucky Insurance Agents Association, past president of the Greater Cincinnati Insurance Board (oldest such board in the U.S.), and a member of the Gamma Iota Sigma (National) Insurance Fraternity.

Steve Pendery

Steve graduated from Denison University with a major in economics and went on to receive a law degree from Ohio State University.  A member of the Kentucky Bar, Steve holds several professional insurance designations, including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Associate in Marine Insurance Management.

Always active in civic and charity organizations, Steve has also served as a local elected official in various capacities for many years. He has been with Pendery Insurance since 1979.

Judy Heilman

Judy received her bachelor's degree in management/marketing from Central Connecticut State University.  She began her career with Pendery Insurance in 1986, took time off to raise her family from 1992 - 2003, and then resumed her career as a large account specialist.

Angie Collins

Angie received her associate's degree in accounting at Southwestern College of Business in 1983.  After working three years for another agency, she came to work for Pendery Insurance in 1994.  She is a commercial lines account manager and holds licenses in property, casualty, life and health.  She also serves as office manager.

Geneva Carter

Geneva has over 20 years experience as a personal lines account manager, having begun her career in 1986.  She joined Pendery Insurance in 2007 and works in the same capacity.  Geneva is a licensed property/casualty agent.

Donna Wilson

After earning her bachelor's degree from Georgetown College and master's degree from Northern Kentucky University, Donna began her insurance career at her family's insurance agency in 1978.  She joined Pendery Insurance in 1985 when her family agency was acquired.  Donna is a licensed property/casualty agent and is a senior personal lines account manager with the agency.

Rob Beyrer

Rob joined Pendery Insurance as a licensed sales representative with expertise in property, casualty, life and health. He is a retired Cincinnati Policy Detective and a Gulf War Veteran. He is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Fraternal Order of Police, and Anderson Township Chamber of Economic Development Committee.

Karen McIntosh

Karen began her insurance career in 1988. She has worked on both the company and agency side of the business in both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. She is a licensed property/casualty and life agent and also holds the Professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. Karen is currently a sales and marketing associate with the agency.

Brenden Zenni

Brenden received a bachelor's degree in business and an associate's degree in Spanish from Thomas More College in 2004.  He began his insurance career in 2005 and is currently a sales associate with the agency.  He is licensed in property, casualty, life and health. Brenden also has a professional background in the securities industry, dealing with investments and annuities.
